These terms and conditions apply to all appointments made via the website of EliteTheBarber.
1. Definitions
In these terms, 'we/us' refers to EliteTheBarber, trading as EliteTheBarber; 'customer' refers to the person booking an appointment via the website.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every appointment made through the online booking system of EliteTheBarber.
3. Formation of the appointment
An appointment is formed at the moment you confirm the booking in the booking system and receive a confirmation.
4. Changing or cancelling
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us at 06 18885582.
5. No-show and late cancellation
If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, or do not show up (no-show), we will charge 50% of the rate for the booked service.
6. Prices
The prices listed on the website are current at the time of booking. EliteTheBarber may adjust prices; this does not affect already confirmed appointments.
7. Liability
EliteTheBarber strives to provide services to the best of its ability. Liability is limited to what is legally required.
